Digital visibility

Verify creates a live, digital medication chart for every participant. Packed and non-packed medications, medication workflows, insulin and observation capture all in one place. When a medication changes, the chart updates. Not next week. Now.

Missed doses are caught immediately

When a dose is missed or late, alerts go straight to the care team. They are not discovered at shift handover, not buried in a paper log. Issues are flagged in real time so they can be addressed before they escalate.

How it works

What a medication cycle looks like

1

Script inbox

GPs send prescriptions to your dedicated Verify inbox. No faxes, no phone calls.

2

We process and validate

Scripts are deciphered, sorted into participants’ charts, and allocated to relevant staff or organisation.

3

Dispensed and delivered

Medications are packed into dose administration aids and delivered on a regular cadence, with tracking available on every order.

4

Easy ordering and payments

Carers have the ability to add over the counter medications and NDIS items to the cart. Chemist2U facilitates billing directly with the participant or guardian.

Onboarding

Getting started is simpler than you think

Onboarding is typically conducted in a phased approach. Following contract execution, both teams collaborate to map out a structured go-live plan.
